Sole fish fillet

Yellow wine

Onion, Ginger, Garlic powder

Method:

1. Slice the sole fish fillet.
2. Marinate in MSG, yellow wine, salt, egg white and starch.
3. Heat oil to 60°c, Fry the fish fillet and green pepper quickly.
4. Heat the Work. Put in a little oil, then add the yellow wine. Lastly
 add the fish fillet. When cooked, remove and drain off oil. Ready to
 serve.
