Role:
1) Preparation of presentations (including translations)
2) Meeting coordination and preparation
3) Communication with Business Units and Store General Managers
4) Selective integration into and support for running initiatives and projects
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration or related area
2) Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant, Office Administrator or Junior Secretary
3) Effectively bilingual in English / Chinese
4) Outgoing, people and service and customer oriented
5) Excellent communication skills and trust-worthy
6) Good analyzing skills, sound judgment, ability to prioritize and organize
7) Good skills for MS office software, particularly Power Point/Excel |
