职责:
1) Customer development - Visit target group of customers to introduce METRO business concept and offerings; organize store visit and orientation of target customers; gather and provide solutions to customers’ needs; maintain customers’ data-base; establish customer loyalty through 1 to 1 approach
2) Sales development – plan and execute sales activities and customer approach according to METRO business concept and targets; work closely with other functions to get supports in terms of assortment, price, quality, in-store service and data; deliver results on a sustained basis
要求:
1) 市场营销、企业管理及酒店管理相关专业
2) 至少三年以上酒店业或餐饮业市场销售经验
3) 能发掘客户并发展业务关系
4) 良好的中英文沟通表达能力,包括疏导、演讲及亲和力
5) 积极向上,学习能力强,能同时处理多事务,独立工作并有团队合作能力
6) 目标导向、以人为本、乐于服务、顾客至上
7) 有西方习俗及产品知识者更佳 |
