Role:
1) To acquire site for new METRO C&C stores at lowest possible price within the time frame approved by the management with the ultimate goal of meeting requirements of the company¡¯s expansion program.
2) To coordinate or assist in the coordination of internal real estate professionals for the smooth development of METRO C&C stores.
3) To obtain the necessary license and permits for the operation of METRO new C&C store, in accordance with assigned schedule.
4) Enforcement of planned targets.
Requirements:
1) University graduate, preferably in Real Estate related subjects
2) At least 5 ¨C 10 years of working experience, preferably with a real estate company, an end-user of real estate or governmental offices such Foreign Trade or Foreign Affairs which deal with cross functional governmental department & foreign investors.
3) Good command of written & spoken English
4) Proven administrative skills
5) Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skill
6) Excellent computer& IT knowledge
7) Excellent analytical ability.
8) Mature & independent, willing to travel. |
